<h2>It’s been one hell of a wild ride for Wine Lips.</h2> Originally formed in Toronto back in 2015 as a part-time project between Cam Hilborn (vox, songwriter, guitar) and drummer extraordinaire Aurora Evans, Wine Lips quickly escalated into a full-blown, full-time, full-on international phenomenon. Their debut album took them across North America followed immediately by an intensive and unexpected tour of Hong Kong and China in 2018. They released their massive “Stressor” album the very next year (2019) to rave reviews and massive critical acclaim. Multiple tracks from Stressor charted across North American and European radio, while several songs ended up being featured in broadcast and Netflix series. Endless touring ensued. Then 2020 happened. The band used their mandatory downtime to fully dedicate themselves to crafting their groundbreaking third full-length “Mushroom Death Sex Bummer Party” (recorded by Simon Larochette at The Sugar Shack). The record was released in October 2021 and then shit really hit the fan. The international music press lost their collective minds, penning over 250 glowing features and super positive reviews spanning 35+ countries. At the time of writing, the album blew past 20 Million spins on Spotify alone. The vinyl release of MDSBP is currently in its 7th pressing with 9 different colour variants. The lead track “Eyes” has been licensed to a metric ton of films, series and video games including ABC’s The Rookie, Hockey Night In Canada and Population 11. Even more endless touring ensued, except this time the venues were huge and mostly sold-out. Which brings us to the new record… “Super Mega Ultra” is an absolute beast. Recorded by Simon Larochette at The Sugar Shack in Ontario, the album is jam-packed with 12 ramped-up supersonic ear-scorching auditory delicacies. SMU is probably Wine Lips’ most ambitious undertaking to date, exploring new thematic territory while firmly maintaining their signature psych garage punk rock panache. You truly need to hear the album to believe it… And if you haven’t already guessed, more endless touring is booked for 2024. The wild ride continues! Weedeater is a Stoner Metal band that has been touring in the US since the late 90s. If you haven't already seen this band, you have been living under a rock. These riff masters will be melting faces and bringing a show to Cape that you're not soon to forget.Joining them will be Telekinetic Yeti, another Nice Guys veteran! Based out of Iowa, Telekinetic Yeti is a two-man band that delivers sonic brutality melded with psychedelic doom wizardry, forged by the worship of the almighty riff and honed by relentless touring and dedication to their craft.Also taking the stage will be Restless Spirit. Channelling influences like BLACK SABBATH, TYPE O NEGATIVE and THE SWORD and incorporating aggressive modern metal, unabashed stoner-doom pummelling, energetic changes and stirring, earnest vocals, their band was finally christened RESTLESS SPIRIT in 2019. Their debut full-length "Lord of the New Depression" (2019) fit equally well into the stoner, doom, and sludge moulds, while on "Blood of the Old Gods", the three-piece developed a more varied, melodic approach with added complexity. On the live front, the Long Island band has undertaken several tours in support of "Blood of the Old Gods" and shared stages with the likes of CROWBAR, THE OBSESSED, and CANNIBAL CORPSE. She was a featured performer and organizer of Babefest 2016, a music festival that features female musicians curated by Love Your Rebellion, a local feminist collective. She also performed at Naples Baconfest 2016, where she opened for country superstars Brooke Eden and Love &amp; Theft. Her music has been featured on local radio stations, WGCU Gulf Coast Live (a division of NPR News) as well as chart-topping podcasts such as the feminist podcast Guys We F**ked. She participated in and won a slew of local songwriting competitions, notably Ghostbird Theatre Company's 24 Hour Art Challenge in 2018 and 2019, and The Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center's 2018 Summer Songwriting Competition. She shared the stage with numerous hit songwriters when she played at BMI's Island Hopper Songwriting Festival in 2018 and 2019, and continues to play with a wide range of touring and local musicians. She's played shows with touring musicians Lung, Ellisa Sun, Band of Heathens, Mountain Holler, The West King String Band,&nbsp; Surfer Blood, and The Eli Young Band, and hopes to play as many shows as possible in the future. Her debut full-length record Eulogy was released on November 15th after raising the funds through a successful, over-funded Kickstarter campaign. She wasted no time writing and demoing songs for her next release, and in the midst of a global pandemic, released her most recent body of work, Nostalgia, in June of 2020. When Kyle Anne isn't performing or writing, she's living her best life with her husband and two kiddos. — Claire Liparulo, known locally and internationally as the front woman for reggae/soul/ska band, The Freecoasters, has been performing professionally since the age of 16.&nbsp; Although based in Southwest Florida, she travels all over the US. Performing on iconic stages including Levit Pavillion,&nbsp; Reggie’s, Blueberry Hill, The Brooklyn Bowl, The Black Cat, and more.
