We'll pair one of our sessions with Essential Oils to support emotional well-being, thanks to our sponsor Saje Oils!In our non-alcoholic cocktail making class, you'll learn how to create delicious and refreshing non-alcoholic beverages that are as aesthetically pleasing as they are satisfying.Nourishing food plays a central role in our retreat. We'll have small bites throughout the day and lunch that promotes vitality, well-being, and inner nourishment. Additionally, we'll have non-alcoholic ready to drink options throughout the day thanks to Curious Elixirs + Mingle Mocktails.Throughout the retreat, you'll have opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals, fostering a sense of community, support, and shared exploration.
