Founded by Bylli Peiper, in 2010. Pink It Up! Ska Bands & Fans Against Breast Cancer, is a yearly benefit in honor of those touched or lost to breast cancer. Pink It Up! Ska Bands & Fans Against Breast Cancer is a benefit for the education, screening and treatment of breast cancer. This benefit is a celebration to foster empowerment whether one is battling breast cancer or whether someone has been lost to it. Pink It Up! Ska Bands & Fans Against Breast Cancer is presented by the Tampa Ska scene, local artists, fans and friends. We would like for this benefit to inspire not only the Tampa Ska scene, but other musical/art genres to do the same.

***Pink It Up Ska Bands & Fans Against Breast Cancer is dedicated and in loving memory of Rosalyn "Mer" Landy, beloved Grandmother/Mother/Friend and Kayoko "Kay" Ishizuka, beloved daughter/friend/cancer researcher and post doctoral fellow at University of South Florida (USF). Pink It Up 16!: Ska Bands Against Breast Cancer event is in loving memory of Richard Smyth, Sr. and Lucille Catania Pirone.
