Hailing from Norwalk, Connecticut, Residual Groove has rapidly made a name for themselves in the jam rock scene with their vibrant energy and musical prowess. Formed by brothers Kiran Edwards (keys/vox) and Previn Edwards (guitar/vox), the band is rounded out by the rhythmic talents of Henry Thomas (drums) and Garrett Halstead (percussion).
In 2024, Residual Groove released their highly anticipated debut album, In Dream Time, which was met with widespread acclaim from fans and peers alike. Their innovative sound and compelling live performances have earned them respect from established jam bands such as Goose, Eggy, and Neighbor, who have all praised the band's unique blend of musicianship and creativity.
Residual Groove has had the honor of opening for some of the biggest names in the jam and funk scenes, including Andy Frasco, Eggy, Dogs in a Pile, Karina Rykman, Neighbor, Vasudo, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, and Melt.
