With an M.S. in Integrative Medicine and Maharishi Ayurveda from Maharishi International University, Kaytee blends ancient wisdom with modern practices to create unique and healing Yoga experiences.For the past nine years, she’s been guiding students in Austin, Texas and is the clinical acquisitions director and a yoga teacher at My Vinyasa Practice. Kaytee’s teaching is approachable and non-judgmental, focusing on a mix of movement, breath work, meditation, and sound healing. Her goal is to help you become your own healer through practical and compassionate support.In addition to her regular classes, Kaytee offers Yoga Therapy, Ayurvedic Consultations, and leads international retreats, making holistic wellness accessible and engaging for everyone.
