    About

Join us for the Ancient Rome Dinner, an unforgettable evening celebrating history, culture, and community. Experience authentic recipes from over 2,000 years ago, curated with the expertise of Professor Steven Hughes from Loyola University, who will share fascinating insights into ancient Roman culinary traditions.

This unique fundraiser features three dining tiers—Gladiator, Senator, and Emperor Menus—each offering a delicious taste of Roman history. Highlights include a dramatic tableside carving of a spit-roasted pig, servers in traditional togas, and wine served in amphoras. The evening will also include live harp music, interactive games like "thumbs up/thumbs down," and a small auction with exclusive prizes.

All proceeds will support scholarships for the Denver Young Ambassador Delegation traveling to Potenza, Italy, in July 2025, fostering cultural exchange and international understanding. Don’t miss this chance to savor the past while investing in the future of our global community!
