I, the PURCHASED TICKET HOLDER, agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in the health and wellness event organized by AIRE Wellness ("Event"):

1. Health Status: I confirm I am in good health and able to participate in the Event activities.I will consult a healthcare professional if I have any health concerns or pre-existing conditions.
2. Safety Guidelines: I will comply with all safety instructions and recommendations from AIRE Wellness. I will monitor my own health and modify activities as needed to ensure my safety.
3. Public Photography & Videography Release: I grant AIRE Wellness and its affiliates the right to photograph and use my likeness in any form, including online, indefinitely. 
4. Refund Requests Policy: Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the Event. Late requests will not be considered. Refunds will be processed according to AIRE Wellness's standard refund policy.
5. Release of Liability: I release AIRE Wellness and its affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses related to my participation in the Event. I assume full responsibility for my health and well-being during the Event.

I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms.
